The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission launched its first digital gaming platform on July 28, 2026. Aristocrat Interactive developed the system to provide residents with online access to lottery games.
Platform Features and Contract Details
The new service features a scalable infrastructure hosting exclusive titles from Aristocrat’s intellectual property library. Players can access over 20 e-instant games produced by NeoGames Studio alongside traditional draw-based options. The platform also introduces two new games designed specifically for the online environment.
Aristocrat Interactive secured the contract following a competitive request for proposal process in August 2025. The agreement covers a five-year service period with an optional three-year extension.
Mark William Bracken, executive director of the Massachusetts State Lottery, stated that the initiative supports the organization's mission to maximize revenue for the Commonwealth. He noted that online sales will contribute to early childhood education and care grants. Dylan Slaney, CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, described the launch as a milestone that strengthens the lottery's position in delivering its charitable goals.
Prior to this launch, the Massachusetts State Lottery operated exclusively through its retail program.
